Refund policy

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for size or change of mind. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with to provide a replacement or refund.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
