How long does shipping take?
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the United States.
How do your sizes fit?
Our apparel runs true to size for a standard fit. If you prefer a looser or oversized fit, we recommend sizing up. Please review the sizing chart before placing your order.
What is your return policy?
All products are custom made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders must be canceled or changed within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, production may have already started.
How should I wash my items?
Wash inside out in cold water. Tumble dry low or air dry. Do not iron directly on the design.
